When SourceTree gets launched right after getting installed, it always starts in Light mode, despite the appearance preference having a default value of "Use macOS system appearance".

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Switch macOS to dark mode (by going to System Preferences - General and selecting the Dark appearance)
      2. Download SourceTree for the official website and install it.
      3. Complete all steps of the Welcome Wizard.
      4. Observe the appearance of the SourceTree window.

Expected result: SourceTree starts in Dark mode.

Actual result: SourceTree starts in Light mode.

Environment: SourceTree 4.1.0 (237), macOS Big Sur 11.2.3

Note: Changing the Appearance preference in SourceTree to either Light or Dark, then back to "Use macOS system appearance" fixes the issue.
