Cmd-C no longer works to copy a hash

      In earlier versions of SourceTree for macOS I could select a commit hash (typically the abbreviated version) in the panel that describes a commit, and type cmd-C to copy it to the clipboard. I rely on that heavily for interactive rebase.

      However, in version 4.0.1 that no longer works. Instead cmd-C does nothing. I have to use Copy in the contextual menu. Please fix this so the standard key accelerator works again.
