Swift Package Manager creates a Package.resolved file - similar to Podfile.lock and other mechanisms that "freeze" dependency versions. This file is supposed to be stored in source control.

It's a text file, and the diff is important - but Sourcetree doesn't know the extension so it doesn't show the diff.
