Right now when you right-click a local branch and select 'Push' to the tracked item, you can't confirm the resulting dialog until the remote refresh of branches is complete.

Because this is a tracked branch, there's actually no need to see the other remote branches and also no reason to prevent the confirmation of the dialog until that's complete. Pushing just based on the local tracking information is enough. This would save a few seconds.
