unable to open second file with external diff

if I compare two files via "External Diff" it works the first time.

But if I back to sourcetree before closing beyond compare and and try to make a second compare via "External Diff", one of the files can not be found in the appdata-folder.

(And the file is really not in the appdata-folder)
