[SRCTREE-6693] on mac mojave, in diff view, the color of separate bar between hunks is incorrect

So i think this fixes (at least partially) SRCTREE-6397

Had worked and closing the initial issue from January would had be nicer but at least we have this fixed now

Thank you for the report, I've fixed up the filter bars and diff headers to properly draw in light theme on Mojave for the next update.
