I don't understand how this can be a low priority when there are 17,561 views for this issue in the Community forum.

This irritating GUI bug has been around for years.

Can we get this set to a higher priority?

UPDATE:  I was able to remove the red exclamation point by switching the Remote Account from "Generic Account" to my "Bitbucket" account".  I hope it stays on "Bitbucket Acount" because there are numerous cases reported where it switches back to generic.

Have found this bug has gone from irritating to distracting. It is giving me the false impression that there is an error to be resolved, and the more effort I put into trying to ignore this the more likely I am going to start ignoring important flags.

This false alert that is "crying 'wolf'" needs fixing.

(PS I'm also on Windows, not Mac)

I have cross-reported this onto the Windows issues list: SRCTREEWIN-10820

I don't know from where Jira got the idea of this being the Mac version of SourceTree. I reported it from a Windows machine originally, and it is the Windows version of the SourceTree - please move the ticket accordingly.
