Tab key doesn't work as expected in GitLab CE account addition

      When I'm trying to add my GitLab CE account, it seems that Tab key doesn't work properly. After filling out our server URL pressing the Tab key does nothing, when I try to fill out Username and Password fields I can jump just between them using Tab key.
