Issues with adding account for GitLab CE server accessed over HTTPS with SSL client certificate

      I can't add my GitLab CE account for our GitLab CE server which is accessed over HTTPS with SSL client certificate. GitLab CE user accounts are validated against LDAP/ActiveDirectory.

      FIrst, after filling out the form (see gitlabce_form.png) and pressing Add button I'm getting this error (see gitlabce_error.png).
      Second, it doesn't seem that form does allow change of Auth Type.
