I would suggest removing the icons in Source trees bookmark menu. Or perhaps making it an option.

I'ver been using source tree for the past 4 years and now have many repositories in the menu. I use the grouping to categorize the repos but with a large number of repos the menu is hard to scan. I believe that removing the icons would:

• Reduce vertical space for menu items allowing for easier comparison between the first character for scanning
• Reduce visual noise, the color of the icons interferes with hierarchy in the list as it itself is not very important but is treated as such (first in order, colored vibrantly)
