Repro:

1. Check out any branch, say example_branch
2. In the dropdown to select which branch to show (i.e. "All Branches", etc.), select example_branch
3. Delete example_branch from within Sourcetree
4. A modal pops up saying something like "git fatal: bad revision example branch" or something similar.
