Right Pane does not Update

It happens very often that in the left pane something is still selected (e.g. a branch, or a stash), but the right pane is out-of-sync after some git action. In the case of a branch it does not help to click it again in the left pane, as SourceTree ignores clicks on elements that are already selected. In that case I have to click a different branch and then click the initial branch again in order to get to the right view in the right pane.
Related, often the right pane does not update when e.g. selecting a stash in the left pane. The right pane just stays empty. Only when I select another stash, the diff is shown correctly in the right pane.
