Preferences > Git > "Perform submodule actions recursively" is checked

Repository > Repository Settings > Advanced > "Disable recursive operations on submodules" is NOT checked

Given I have both pullable commits on main repository AND on submodule, When I pull commits on the main repository, Then I expect the submodule recursively performs a pull operation, but actually no pull is performed on the submodule
