When working with large diffs (mostly package-lock.json and yarn.lock) the UI hangs sometimes for multiple seconds. But it should either not show large diffs by default (like the web ui) or load them in an asynchronous fashion to unblock the main UI. while loading the diff one can't switch away from the big file.
