UI does not get refreshed after a commit

      The status icon showing the number of files with uncommitted changes does not get updated anymore. It does however display the correct information when I open Sourcetree. 

       

      I have screenshots illustrating this, but I get the error message "JIRA could not attach the file as there was a missing token. Please try attaching the file again." when trying to attach them. (My network connection is definitely not the problem here.)
