I cloned a repo this morning and started seeing a dialog popping for each submodules asking for credentials that had an incomplete url: https://

This popped each time I hit SKIP on that dialog.

I ended up using `git submodule update --init --recursive` on the command line instead and noticed that I was asked for the passphrase for SSH. I suspect that this is what is causing source tree to show the dialog.
