Previously staged changes are showing up in my "Unstaged files" list. I can see the exact same changes if I click on the same file in the "Staged file list". In the attached screenshots, you can see the same change listed in the staged version of the file as is in the unstated version of the file.

This may have been introduced in 2.6.
