Crash when trying to open submodule in full screen

      This crash happens in the Mac app, with Git projects. Steps to reproduce:

      • Have SourceTree opened with a project with submodules (which are themselves git repos);
      • Make SourceTree full screen;
      • Double click a submodule to open a new SourceTree window for that project;
      • App crashes.

      This doesn't occur if the app is not in full screen.
