Command + O double assigned on mac

When using the command+O command, the system file explorer for opening a file opens rather than the Sourcetree window for choosing which project to see, however both actions are assigned to command+O. The expected behaviour would be that the project chooser opens, but otherwise reassigning a new button for that might also work.
