When selecting "Keep staged changes" on the Stash window does not retain the changes.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Using a GIT repo, change a file or two.
2. Click Stash.
3. Provide a Message.
4. Click the 'Keep staged changes" checkmark.
5. Click Ok.
Observe that all files are stashed and none are saved. Expect that all changes must be left in place when you select "Keep staged changes" like it used to.
