Visualise whitespace in diffs

Some people unfortunately insist on using spaces for indentation, so it would be nice if the built-in diff views had an option to visualise whitespace (spaces are vertically centred dots, and tabs are arrows, both light grey).

Visual Studio Code, and Qt Creator both have this option and it is great.
