(2.4) File status hunk List autoscrolls after staging change

    Description

      After staging a "hunk" (a change) using the right-hand pane of the File Status view, the pane contents autoscroll to the first change in the change set.  This is cumbersome, disorienting and did not occur in 2.3.x.
