Staging a file causes SourceTree to freeze

      Staging any file causes SourceTree to freeze and the only option is to Force Quit it. 100% repro frequency.

      It also turns my Mac's fans on and causes it to start heating intensely and immediately.

      In Activity Monitor I can see that git-lfs is using ~580% CPU (attached screenshot).

       

      This one's an absolute stopper for using SourceTree.
