Commit time format doesn't match the one set in the OS – formatted in 12-hours format (AM/PM)

      In the latest update, time is now displayed in 12-hours format (with AM/PM) regardless the Mac OS settings.

      We (people outside US) don't understand this time format!

      Please make a 12/24 option in SourceTree or make the app respect OS time format settings.
