Missing commit info / window in Mac OS X Sierra

      From STSP-5110:

      "Today when I use sourcetree the window for commit info (the one with author name, photo, commit hash) is missing. I think this is an issue with the latest update. I checked the forum someone asked on an old thread for the same issue yesterday. I can't find a way to get the window back. I tried reinstalling sourcetree but it's still not showing."
