Disable Repository Polling by Default

      Github has publicly stated that repository polling is bad practice, yet SourceTree still ships with polling enabled by default.

      Please consider changing this to Disabled by default, and even potentially warning people of the pitfalls of polling when they attempt to enable the feature.
