          It happens on removing Directory.

          ➜ 11:55:32 mkdir SRCTREE-3802
          ➜ 11:55:39 cd SRCTREE-3802
          ➜ 11:55:42 git init
Initialized empty Git repository in /Users/norio/Documents/workspace/test/SRCTREE-3802/.git/
          ➜ 11:55:45 git:(master) mkdir test
          ➜ 11:55:50 git:(master) touch test/file
          ➜ 11:55:55 git:(master) ✗ stree .

After above operations, try "Remove file" on "test" directory in Tree View.

Can you please describe the steps or attach a video? I've not been able to reproduce this so far using both Git and Mercurial.
