    Description

      Reproduction steps

      1. Create a local branch and create changes
      2. Commit changes, but don't push
      3. Right-click branch > Create Pull Request...

      Expected Results

      SourceTree should perform similar actions as the Repository > Create Pull Request.. menu option and push the changes or prompt you to push the changes.

      Actual Results

      SourceTree does nothing and does not indicate what the problem is to the user.
