Description
Select a changed, unstaged file with more than one line or hunk changed.
Select a changed line or hunk in the diff view and stage it. The diff view follows the line/hunk into the "staged files" section.
So now if you want to stage a new change from the same file, you have to manually look for the file and scroll to the point you were in. This is needless legwork.
Ideally, the diff view should just stay were it is while staging, so one can continue reviewing and staging more changes.
This is uncomfortable enough that I prefer going into git-cola just for staging changes.
