Remove Git LFS from repository

      Got this from a support ticket:

      You should have a special button for removing Git LFS from a repository.

You currently have a "Git LFS > Initialize Repository", and now I can't
push my repository because of this initialization, so nothing more fair to
have a "Git LFS > Remove from Repository" or something like it. Fortunately
google helps on finding out how to remove it, but still yous should make it.

      Seems if the repo has no ability to have Git LFS, it will become unusuable via https://support.atlassian.com/browse/STSP-4201
