Creating new remote repository leaves requester open, renders repo browser unusable

SourceTree leaves a requester open when I create a new local repo and choose to also create it remotely. The requester remains open, the "Cancel" button does not work. The remote repository gets created, already open repositories remain usable but the repo browser is unusable. Application can not be quit with Command+Q command or menu.
