OK and Cancel buttons don't work on the Add Custom Action dialog

    Description

      When trying to add a custom action in the Custom Action tab of the preferences dialog, the OK and Cancel buttons never clear the pop-down away so the preferences dialog is stuck modal and the app has to be force-exited
