Sourcetree just updated itself on my osx 10.9 computer and now won't open.

Please don't let Sourcetree update if the operating system is incompatible.

Moreover, I cannot find an old version of Sourcetree that is osx 10.9 compatible. Please make an old version available.

Hi mguadalupe, The link here "Mac: https://t.co/kkmVfvKMxA" is still valid and downloads version 2.1.

            Thanks,
            Manjunath

Hi @Manjunath - Just to clarify sourcetree website does not have any previous version to download to choose from for Mac? Please advise. Cheers.

I can't see any option on https://www.sourcetreeapp.com to download an older version. Do you have a URL?

            Changes applied for 2.2.2.

The updater (Sparkle) should not have shown it because SourceTree now requires 10.10.5. We missed updating a spot indicating that to the updater and it was shown to users on 10.9 when it would not normally ever have been.

But why not letting the user choose to update or not? I stopped 2.1 and restarted with 2.2 without being asked of anything. I upgraded on Windows and I knew I do not want to upgrade on my OSX machine.

            Fixed for next release.

Please download the previous version of the app from out website - https://www.sourcetreeapp.com
There seems to be some issue with the Sparkle frameworks used for updating our to which it updates on older OS version also.
We will look into that. Thanks for your patience!
