Description

Start Sourcetree then goto Preferences > Custom Actions > Add
Clicking Cancel does not close the dialog.
Ok is initially disabled until a menu caption is entered as expected.
After filling in a caption Ok is enabled, but clicking it does not add the action or close the dialog.

Notes
The logs attached are from startup, there is no log output after startup or when clicking the dialog buttons.
