Allow 'ESC' to close dialogs that contain the 'Close' action

    Description

      Allow `ESC` to close modals or pop-overs to dismiss. It is noticed that when there are two options such as 'Okay' and 'Cancel', 'ESC' will press cancel as expected. However when there is only one option such as 'Close', pressing 'ESC' should dismiss this UI.

      This would allow for a easier flow of dismissing these screens instead of having to drag the mouse each time to close the modal.

      Examples:

      • Dismissing 'Console output dialog'
