Error when checking out an old commit on a repo with submodules

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Have 2 repos hosted on Bitbucket. (Project A and Project B). Project B is a submodule of A.
      2) Open Project A on Sourcetree, Checkout an old commit which have changes on the submodule (Project B)
      3) An authentication window will appear, showing the issue

      A. https:// is doubled
      B. the user name is actually specified in the URL
