The following behavior:

• A repository no longer updates its status icons in the list view, and Cmd+R doesn't seem to do anything.

• Double-click on the repository to open it and hit Cmd+R in that view.

• Close it and return to the list view. Hitting Cmd+R would now cause the expected status icons to appear on that repository.

Unfortunately, this is not a fix as it defeats the purpose of the icons.
