Description
As of right now, it is very easy to check the "Bypass commit hooks" option when committing and forget to uncheck it on the next commit, sometimes resulting in code being committed that should have been caught by the commit hooks. I think the solution to this issue would be to either uncheck the option between each commit so that the user must choose to bypass it each time OR putting some sort of a highly visible alert or warning message directly above the commit message field letting the user know that it is still on. Currently, the only way you can tell whether this option is on is if you remember to click the "Commit options..." drop down menu that contains it before you commit.
