Description
Bypassing commit hooks in Git should be avoided. Currently if you check the option, it remains checked after committing. If you forget to uncheck it, you're in an unsafe world.
SourceTree should ideally reset the option after each commit, forcing you to check it again if you're doing consecutive commits that require bypassing.
Not sure if this also applies to Mercurial or Windows.
