Internal Mercurial extension hgsubversion broken

Using SourceTree's internal version of Mercurial results in an error because the extension hgsubersion cannot be loaded. This results in the repository being inaccessible to SourceTree.

The workaround is to disable the hgsubversion extension under Preferences / Mercurial, then restart SourceTree. Screenshots attached.
