git-subtree is missing in the Embedded Git 2.2.1

      In SourceTree for Mac 2.0.4 there is no more git-subtree command at SourceTree.app/Contents/Resources/git_local/libexec/git-core/git-subtree
      Therefore Repository > Add/Link Subtree... fails with the error:
      git: 'subtree' is not a git command. See 'git --help'.
      SourceTree for Mac 2.0.3 works fine.
