(It's a regression from 1.8.1) If you are in the log view you can only see the internal diff, there seems to be no way of opening an external diff tool directly. It's possible to bounce to the commit history view, pick the correct file then open the external diff. This is pretty annoying after a bit and it's a regression from v1.8.1
