Auto update during shutdown corrupts SourceTree

      If the option "Automatically check for updates" is enabled at SourceTree Preferences >> Update, SourceTree will perform auto download for latest version of SourceTree and update it when SourceTree.app quit.

      When Mac is shutting down, it will quit SourceTree.app which will initiate the auto update. However, before the auto update finish updating SourceTree, Mac has quit the auto update process too and shutdown. This will corrupt SourceTree.app due to incomplete update.
