          [SRCTREE-2718] UI mess in full screen mode

          I can only reproduce this sometimes but the problem appeared to be with the background rendering in the log view scope bar, which should now be resolved in 2.0.3 when released. Also fixed some roughness in the border render in that area.

          Actually it might be as simple as the MGScopebar background needing to be re-drawn (or made solid). Perhaps Yosemite changed the drawing method.

          This seems to be specific to Yosemite, can confirm that sometimes when switching between fullscreen and back, the layout system appears to incorrectly re-draw based on the toolbar size. Need to re-test on GM (currently DP8) but looks like a Yosemite bug.
