allow blame from file diff

That moment when you find a bug and squash it.

Then the doubt sets in: what were they thinking when they wrote this?

I would like to go from the file diff viewer, and be able to launch a blame against any line either unchanged or removed, that would take me to the relevant commit and show me what else was done at the same time, as well as the log file.
