There's now an OSX version of Beyond Compare available:

Would be nice to add a recognised option for this diff tool to Source Tree along with all the other comparison utilities. See attached picture for the settings used when added as an 'other' option.

Note: being able to invoke Beyond Compare in this way requires the user to install the command line tools in BC.
