      With reference to a fixed issue, SRCTREE-982, when i try to load the commit template in MAC, it wont work. The same is working in Windows but not in MAC. Please let me know where I went wrong. I have my template file in the same place as of .gitconfig(/Users/mac7/*) and .gitconfig has the following setting in it
      [commit]
      template=/Users/mac7/.template

      .template file has the following content
      [TEST]

      Any help will be very helpful.

            Excellent. I can confirm it's all working on my mac now. I've been waiting for this inclusion for a while

            Thanks for spotting this, this was missed in the new commit interface in 1.9. I've re-introduced it for the next update.

            I tried to some more extent and found that it is working with command line but not with GUI i.e. SourceTree. Request you to please help.
