to replicate go in the commit view and:

      1. go to treeview mode (I don't know if it's applicable to different view mode)
      2. uncheck the global checkbox on top, near (Pending files, sorted by path)
      3. check manually some files if the list (I checked an entire folder)
      4. click the commit button

It says that there is nothing to commit.

The workaround is to check again the global checkbox and unselect manually all the files that I don't want to commit.

Thanks, this bug was also causing checkbox state to be lost over a refresh when files were individually selected. Both issues are fixed for the next update.
