Low to replicate go in the commit view and:
- go to treeview mode (I don't know if it's applicable to different view mode)
- uncheck the global checkbox on top, near (Pending files, sorted by path)
- check manually some files if the list (I checked an entire folder)
- click the commit button
It says that there is nothing to commit.
The workaround is to check again the global checkbox and unselect manually all the files that I don't want to commit.

Thanks, this bug was also causing checkbox state to be lost over a refresh when files were individually selected. Both issues are fixed for the next update.
