Command History timestamp hour format incorrect

      When viewing command history, the timestamp next to each entry appears to be ambiguous, it looks like it is in 24 hour format, having a leading zero, but it is actually 12 hour format.

      To demonstrate, I just did a branch switch at 16:28:26, and this was logged as: Switching branch [21/06/2014 04:28:26]

      It should read: Switching branch [21/06/2014 16:28:26]
