Steps to reproduce

Modify a file in two folders: FolderA and FolderB
Access SourceTree Working Copy staging area
Set Tree View for the staging area
Collapse FolderA to hide the modified file in FolderA
Stage the modified file in FolderB
Staging Area refresh after staging the file and expand FolderA to show the modified file

SourceTree shouldn't have expand FolderA and maintain the collapse state
